About Wayne Kinde
Called by the Lord at the age of ten to teach the Scriptures, Wayne Kinde has been serving the body of Christ by helping people understand God’s Word for over thirty years.
Wayne graduated from the University of Northwestern in St. Paul, Minnesota, double majoring with a B.A. in Pastoral Studies and a B.A. in Bible. He received his Masters of Theological Studies from Grand Rapids Theological Seminary in 1995.
From 1998-2006, Wayne was employed with Thomas Nelson Publishers, overseeing the Biblical Reference, Academic & Pastoral books, Church Curriculum, and Bible Study Software divisions.
As Sr. Vice President of these divisions, his oversight was multi-faceted doing whatever was needed to make it successful, from initial product concepting and development to editorial and graphic direction.
Since 2006, Wayne has been pastoring, teaching the Word, and counseling in San Diego, California. He has a deep and sincere passion to help people become transformed in their daily lives through verse-by-verse teaching of the Scriptures.
Wayne and Christa have been married since 1992 and have 5 amazing children!
